Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Account Manager to manage our wholesale accounts and oversee logistics. This role is crucial to expanding our market reach and ensuring our products are efficiently delivered to our wholesale clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent account management skills, and a solid understanding of logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wholesale Sales:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase wholesale accounts.
- Identify and target potential wholesale customers and markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing wholesale clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with wholesale customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
- Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for wholesale accounts.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide regular reports on account status and sales performance.
- Logistics Coordination:
- Oversee the logistics process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Coordinate with the production team to manage inventory levels and order fulfillment.
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Resolve any logistical issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of wholesale distribution and logistics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Passion for healthy and nutritious foods is a plus.
