Accounting Manager - Monterey, CA
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join an established company based in Monterey, CA. In this role, youll work closely with the Corporate Controller to manage the daily accounting and finance functions, including accounts payable, receivable, and invoicing. Youll also collaborate with Senior Management to ensure timely and accurate financial analysis and reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for future growth. Salary range 95-110K plus benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain cost accounting practices.
- Monitor and control production and purchasing costs.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP.
- Collaborate with other departments for accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
