We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong supervisory skills to oversee daily operations in our dental office.
Duties
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities to ensure maximum productivity
- Coordinate front desk activities, including customer service and visitor management
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and vendors
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Oversee inventory management and office supply orders
- Conduct team meetings and provide guidance to enhance overall office performance
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Experience in vendor management and negotiating contracts
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve set goals
