This role will primarily be liable for the Bank’s telecommunication
platforms. In addition, this individual
will also support the network infrastructure, as well as, various security
components. This is a key role within a
dynamic environment contributing to the implementation and maintenance of new and
existing technologies.

Lead the technology efforts on the implementation and
maintenance of all VoIP and video systems. Provide support of multiple security
layers, which will include both internal/external security controls. Perform
routine maintenance, configuration and troubleshooting of the organizations
route/switch infrastructure. Perform system diagnostics and performance tuning
with minimal disruption to the end users. Maintain accurate documentation and network

Perform the installation and configuration of all VoIP and video systems.
Perform routine system maintenance of the voice and infrastructure systems.

Administration and monitoring of security devices including firewalls, VPN, IPS and NAC solutions.

Ability to interpret and maintain security logs in alignment with security events and various tools
Network management and performance monitoring to optimize utilization.
Identify system inefficiencies and resolve in a timely manner with minimal disruption to end users.
Monitor and report on infrastructure systems, including responding to and evaluating network alerts.
Maintain appropriate documentation and diagrams as needed.
Responsibility for resolving escalated network support tickets.
Member of the 24-hour on-call duty rotation, performing site visits as needed for efficient resolution.
Maintain confidentiality at all times.
Perform other tasks as needed.

Working experience supporting VoIP communications platforms.

Working experience with Cisco IOS, TCP/IP, and network route/switch.

Security minded with experience managing security controls.

Familiarity with Cisco networking technologies, VPN, web filtering, and Active Directory.

Knowledge of Ethernet, the OSI model, and structured cabling.

Language, reasoning, and analytical skills normally acquired through
completion of Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent professional work experience.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting medium to large scale multi-vendor networks.

Ability to work independently, with minimum direction.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to lift 10-30lb objects & equipment
