Your job, as a Senior Client Service Associate, is to enhance the client experience by servicing clients and providing operational and administrative support to Financial Advisors. Your knowledge of firm policy, procedures and technology allows you to interface with clients and prospective clients, anticipate their needs, resolve their problems, and follow through to provide exceptional service. You perform administrative duties that support Financial Advisors in their daily business practices (e.g. client meetings, on-boarding new clients, etc.). You support and drive firm initiatives and maintain risk awareness and regulatory knowledge.

You are client service oriented and a team player. You are detail oriented with proven organizational skills, able to manage time efficiently and can multi-task. You have proven written and verbal communication skills.

Career Track

You must be willing to and have a desire to complete the Paraplanner Designation within a year. This will increase your salary as well.

Duties and Responsibilities include:
Prepare client meeting agendas, notes, and documents needed for meeting. Sit in meetings with Advisor – take notes, prepare follow up to clients, delegate other follow ups in CRM.
Handle client issues and requests.
Assist in the maintenance of the firms contact management software.
Coordinate in-house meeting logistics if needed.

Position Requirements:
3+ years of experience in financial services, preferably with a Client Service Associate, Sales Associate or other related title. This is not an entry level position. You are that top 1% employee!

Redtail CRM and eMoney experience would be a PLUS.
An individual with the following traits: excellent administrative writing and verbal communication skills; excellent organization skills; able to work independently as well as within a team; able to manage time with minimum of direction or supervision; able to exercise good judgment/decision making when necessary; able to prioritize/reassess multi-functional tasks; flexible and very comfortable asking questions; and detail oriented; ability to work quickly and accurately.
Salary will be based on experience and qualifications but will be in the range of $50,000 per year to start with a $10,000 increase when you obtain your Paraplanner Designation. Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 15 - 30 minute phone interview conducted by our consultant (who is the hiring manager for this position). If there is ground to move forward, you will be required to fill out a Career History Form and if you are selected to advance in the process, you will meet with the advisor. If there is mutual ground on which to move forward, candidates will be asked to take a Caliper assessment. If the process moves from there, additional testing and assessments will be required.
