We are looking for a highly motivated, individual who enjoys building relationships and assisting clients with finding solutions to their needs. Applicants must be determined, and well-rounded with a solid understanding of customer service in a fast paced environment. Applicant will be responsible for assisting clients with benefit enrollment and frequently asked questions. They should be highly professional and capable of handling a high volume of client interactions. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to become part of a small team poised for rapid growth over the coming year.

CTHR provides organizations with solutions and services which streamline and automate the benefits communication, enrollment and administration processes that comes along with perpetual and open enrollments.

Applicant must have an active Accident, Health, and Life insurance license in good standing

REQUIREMENTS FOR BENEFIT SPECIALIST

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience with Customer Service preferred
Call Center experience preferred
Accident, Health, and Life insurance
Ability to work as a cohesive piece of an established team is a must
