The Role:
Marketing coordinator will report directly to North America Concerts-Dallas Director of Marketing. As a junior member of the Live Nation marketing team, your job is to provide multiple levels of marketing support to the local marketing team.

Responsibilities:
Compile post event analysis and advertising settlement packages
Review invoices for accuracy and update internal management system and trackers to ensure marketing plans are up to date while saving invoices in the applicable show folders
Coordination of e-cards for every show (including pre-sale, on-sale, sweepstakes and special offer e-cards)
Update and manage internal trackers, local websites and marketing department documents on a daily basis while keeping collateral organized and archived properly
Develop and implement social media strategies and best practices across various platforms and social communities with third party management team - i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Soundcloud, YouTube, Google, etc.
Update Live Nation venue websites with Day Of Show information and general policies
Lead street team efforts including: weekly poster runs, database management, job assignments, materials orders, photo and report collection
Work with Live Nation graphic design team on creating and proofing impactful marketing collateral for show promotion, including but not limited to digital and street team needs
Plan and administer a variety of sweepstakes and contests
Work with LN Marketers to implement social and digital buying including display, retargeting and search campaigns
Attend concerts as official social media photographer for Live Nation and capture the voice of the venue and fan engagement
Be the onsite Day of Show coordinator for media outlets’ photographers, reviewers and videographers
Perform a range of administrative and marketing support duties for Director of Marketing
Distribute tour creative and traffic to all media partners including radio and television stations
Assist with publicity requests including distributing press releases, solicited stories for upcoming events, day of show photo/media requests.
Collaborate with local marketing team members to implement new promotions and create targeted non-traditional campaigns to reach various demographic populations and achieve business unit objectives
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
2-3 years of experience in advertising, marketing, media, live event management, or the music business. Live events preferred.
Ability to adapt and execute projects in fast pace environment while keeping organized and dependable.
Team player with can do attitude.
Superb oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work day, evening and weekend hours, based on the needs of daily business operations as well as holidays.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and online/social media platforms (Snapchat, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
Be intimately familiar the Dallas-Fort Worth DMA and other outlying markets.
Maintain a positive public/professional profile at all times.
