The 1099 Contract HRIS Analyst supports the maintenance of human resource systems and serves as the HR technical point of contact for assigned functional areas. The Analyst assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and data flow analysis for process improvement opportunities. The Analyst provides expertise in HR systems, aids in troubleshooting issues, develops user’s procedures/guidelines, trains new/existing team members, and consults with internal customers.

This is a 1099 Contract position, on-site daily in Princeton, NJ, 40 hours per week.


The 1099 Contract HRIS Analyst will:
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction
  • Provide support for all HRIS processes and process documentation
  • Run queries, prepare reports, analyze HR data, and maintain integrity of data
  • Design custom ad hoc reports
  • Assist in reviewing and testing software upgrades and system patches
  • Assist with transition to new HRIS system
  • Troubleshoot technical processes
  • Serve as point of contact for functional users
  • Train team members on how to utilize HRIS
  • Assist with ad hoc projects


Education and Professional Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, HR, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of HR systems experience, such as, SuccessFactors (Performance Management, LMS), Workday, Cornerstone, etc. (required)
  • Experience with HR processes, such as, Performance Management, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, and/or Talent Acquisition (preferred)
  • Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences industry experience (a plus)
