Job Summary:
  • Daily tracking of workflow functions and solutions to assure turnaround times are met
  • Ensures up-to-date policy and procedures and assists in new development
  • Highly involved in workflow and performing Pre-Arrival functions
  • Acts as a resource and role model for staff
  • Assists employees with implementations of computer software and process projects
  • Provides feedback and data collection to assist Supervisor/Manager in completing performance review evaluations
Qualifications:
  • Associate of Science, diploma in Medical Assisting, or Licensed Practical Nurse from an accredited university/college is required; or Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in healthcare-related field required; or minimum 3 years hospital, medical office, clinic, hospital business operations and/or admitting department experience required
  • Minimum of 3 years work related experience required in field of Diploma, Associates or Bachelor's Degree held
  • Previous leadership experience preferred
