We are recruiting for a Junior Account Manager at our Salt Lake City corporate office.

As a Junior Account Manager you will be assigned a book of business accounts. You will manage these accounts throughout the year by taking care of the orders they place. You will regularly reach out to your accounts in an effort to increase the amount of business they do with us. You will have the opportunity to generate new business and add to your book of accounts by following up with interested business leads and calling select businesses.

Our ideal candidate for the Junior Account Manager role will be one who has previous customer service experience, is passionate, extremely professional and understands the importance of building brand value. We believe in 100% customer satisfaction.

  • Think critically and exercise strong problem solving skills while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Utilize exemplary selling skills to identify customer, customer needs and close sales
  • Provide the highest level of outstanding, professional customer service
  • Ability to create rapport over the phone and through email is a must
  • Build and maintain client relationships to develop repeat business
  • Meet or exceed individual sales goals
  • Ability to manage, maintain and build on sales pipelines
  • A willingness to contribute to a team atmosphere and help when and where you are needed.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of all products, pricing and company procedures
  • Quickly learn and implement new procedures and processes

Requirements & Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of two years in a customer service or sales support role
  • Strong computer, communication and organizational skills

Salary: DOE

This position pays a base wage as well as commission.
