Job Description:SUMMARY:
Individual will be directly responsible for the
management and reporting on the Allowance for Loan and
Lease Losses (ALLL) model. Control point for Criticized
Asset Committee reviews and meetings, responsible for
all CAC reporting. Runs and insures integrity of the
Watch List report. Oversees the integrity of data
tracked on Sageworks systems. Works with multiple
departments to review the structure, content and quality
of system generated reports and maintains the correct
data and conducts advanced reporting, including direct
involvement with Executive and Senior Management.
Designs or assists in the design of current processes
and reports, and works on various special projects to
improve the department’s efficiency as it pertains to
information systems. Manages various special projects to

of but not limited to the Production, Policy Exceptions,
Financial Exceptions, Covenants, Annual/Semi-Annual
Reviews, Appraisals, Allowance for Loan and Lease Losses
(ALLL), Impaired Worksheets (IW), Troubled Debt
Restructure (TDR), Credit Quality Indicators, Changes in
Criticized and Non-Accrual Loans and other duties as
needed. This individual will also act in the capacity of
administrator on various platforms including but not
limited to Credit Scorecards and Sageworks. Bachelor’s
Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or
related field; two (2) to five (5) years of related work
experience in lending/credit, report writing, core
systems, proficient computer skills, and strong analysis
skills are required. Additional specialized training or
course work in computer science, management information
systems, and advanced report writing or data
mart/warehouse are preferred.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Credit Quality Indicators, Changes in Criticized and
Non-Accrual Loans and other duties as needed.
Acts in the capacity of administrator on various
platforms such as the Credit Scorecards etc.
Oversees the integrity of data tracked on Credit
Administration platforms
Run daily, monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual reports.
Analyzes, deletes and append records for consistent
information.
Reviews and analyzes database error logs after daily and
periodic imports.
Analyzes and runs tests for better generation for
financial statement information and reports.
Creates and runs verification reports to append records
for ticklers, duplicate clients, and various other
pieces of information for core systems and support
systems.
Ability to lead intermediate Credit Systems area
projects and update management on status.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance,
Economics or related.
Two (2) to five (5) years of related work experience in
lending/credit, report writing, core systems, or related
activities.
Proficient computer skills (including Word, Excel,
Access, and report building) and strong credit analysis
skills required
Additional specialized training or coursework in
computer science, management information systems, and
advanced report writing are preferred.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and
interpersonal skills. Communicate across all levels of
the organization as well as externally with auditors,
examiners and software vendors. Present clear and
concise reporting to senior level management.
Project management skills that foster collaboration
between multiple departments as well as auditors and
examiners.
Advanced problem solving skills and analytical planning.
Possesses the ability to work independently in providing
solutions to complex and diverse assignments.
Proficient Reading, Writing and grammar skills,
proficient analytical and mathematical skills;
proficient communicative and interpersonal relations
skills. Possess a thorough knowledge of credit
administrative procedures, commercial lending practices,
loan structures, regulations, risk assessment, products,
data structures and reporting.
