Total Education Solutions (TES) is a leading national provider of outsourced special education and therapeutic services to public, private, and charter schools as well as healthcare organizations throughout California, Michigan, and Ohio. Our professional, multi-disciplinary staff delivers therapeutic services in our family-centered clinics, in schools, at home, and on-line. We also provide a variety of support and management services to the non-profit Institute for the Redesign of Learning.

We are currently seeking to hire Behavior Intervention Specialists (BII) to provide services full-time (31-40 hours/week) in the South Bay Los Angeles area.

As a BII at TES, you will be responsible for implementing behavioral strategies under the guidance of a case supervisor, while using specialized behavior approaches (Discrete Trial, Floor Time, Functional Communication Training, etc…). Additionally, you will be providing assistance to clients to improve communication, social, play, motor, self-help, school readiness, and self-management skills.

Working Environment:
TES Behavior Therapy services are typically provided in school, clinic, and in-home settings.

Qualified candidates will possess the following requirements:
Background in applying principles of ABA

Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students/clients with special needs

Bachelor or Associates Degree in field related to education or psychology preferred

Prior experience providing Discrete Trail Training or Floor Time preferred

This position requires that employees use independent judgment, well-developed communication skills, and be team and client focused.
