Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Experience with Python and/or Go, JavaScript and HTML.

Experience with web application development.

Preferred qualifications:
Practical Machine Learning experience.

Experience in building customer service infrastructure.

Knowledge of building efficient user interfaces with JavaScript frameworks.

Strong algorithmic and data structure knowledge with practical applications.

A passion for providing excellent customer support.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

As a Tools Specialist, you will design and build the necessary tools and solutions to enable our team to effectively support our customers. You will be an expert in our products and services, and you will provide both specific and broad solutions for our customers. You will work directly with cross-functional teams such as Engineering and Product to gather requirements to improve and innovate our service delivery.

Responsibilities

Design, code and test internal tools to create an excellent customer support experience for our users.

Identify and implement technical solutions to efficiently scale our support model.

Build relationships with internal and external partners to better understand and support use of our tools.

Analyze and monitor key metrics to drive request prioritization and issue resolution.
