The Sr. Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and maintaining print, digital, and video projects that support marketing initiatives throughout the organization. S/he will manage design projects from brief to completion, playing a key role in supporting the business and growing the FallTech brand. This role has supervisory responsibilities.

As a Sr. Graphic Designer, your typical work week includes the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Product Support
  • Create marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, flyers, and banners.
  • Update and maintain existing library.
  • Point of Purchase/Merchandising
  • Collaborate with the sales team and key customers to create exciting visual merchandising support materials
  • Photography
  • Take photos of FallTech products being used out in the field.
  • Shoot product photos in-house and execute post-production.
  • Digital
  • Work with the social media lead to execute content (e.g. platform-optimized images, videos, motion graphics, etc.).
  • Produce assets for email marketing.
  • Branding
  • Manage all company graphic files (e.g. logos, photos)
  • Ensure the FallTech brand standards are upheld on promotional items, customer collateral, etc.


  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Fine Art, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related field
  • 5-10 years of related full-time experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Social media fluency
  • Ability to translate business strategy into compelling visual designs
