DATIS is seeking an HR Professional for our Customer Enablement team to deliver superior customer service of our comprehensive HR solution to our external customers. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in at least one the following HR disciplines: Payroll, New Hire Onboarding, Time & Attendance, Performance Appraisals and Credentialing and have held a role within an HR or Payroll department. The role will require frequent and direct customer interaction. The right candidate will have an aptitude for learning HR software solutions, a passion for service, and problem-solving ability. Provide telephone and email support to external customers
Manage a queue of HR, Payroll and Benefits Administration cases, prioritizing issues based on severity and customer impact
Solve complex problems, drive change, and implement solutions
Handle sensitive customer issues with a high level of discretion
Work with other Solution Specialists and the Software Development team to identify solutions or workarounds
Maintain knowledge of new functionality of our software and HR legal and compliance changes
Perform efficient incident management while maintaining support quotas

It's essential that you have:
2 or more years of experience supporting or implementing HRIS, Payroll and Benefits Administration software solutions or software consulting and deployment experience
Knowledge of HR compliance regulations
Strong technical problem solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot complex application issues
Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers and internal resources
Ability to generate a sense of urgency and rally appropriate teams
Ability to deal with the stress related to resolution timeframes and conflicting/competing priorities while remaining positive and flexible
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on tone, structure, grammar, and spelling in English
It would be great, but not required, if you hold any of the following:

Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
