Contract Description
We currently have a long term contract opportunity for a Business Change Management contractor.

Create functional communications to support end users
Develop quick 1 to 2 minute “how to” end user technology videos
Create quick reference guides, tips and tricks communication
Design, develop and deliver end user training and performance supportive materials
Design training and playbooks for Customer Advisory Network (Change Champions) to support end user technology adoption
Engage with end user and Customer Advisory Network to identify enablement needs
Qualifications

Experience with organizational change management in the area of end user communications and training
Experience designing end user training
Experience as an end user technology training content developer and training delivery
Experience working with creating and managing change champion networks
Experience with the use of training development technology (including screen capture)
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products
PREFERRED

Experience with consulting or technology firms

PROSCI change management certification
