Essential Job Responsibilities:
The Marketing Intern is focused on assisting the consumer marketing operations team in managing and analyzing the data within our client marketing portal, Impact Marketing. I addition, the Intern will collaborate with the team to engage clients to help them make the best use of our various resources and training opportunities. The role will combine a strong ability to analyze data and report on it, strong communication skills (engaging internal and external stakeholders), and marketing communication and skills.
The Marketing Intern will work primarily on projects designed to improve our communication with clients and to increase client usage and satisfaction with our team’s marketing support resources and programs. This person performs various marketing duties in support of consumer marketing, marketing consultants, client engagement, data analysis and reporting, and communications.
Work with our Impact Marketing user data base to identify opportunities to better organize and report user trends and information Collaborate with client support team to review and approve new users including follow-up communications to engage and promote increased usage of the tools/programs Support the Operations team by developing client database with key user information that is in synch with enterprise eCRM systems Review existing client communication streams and audit with the intent to update and improve client response and engagement

Required Qualifications: College student / Business / Marketing or Communications major. Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
