Full Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team! The Human Resources Coordinator is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides support to our operations staff nationwide. The Human Resources Coordinator works closely with the Director of Human Resources on various HR matters and initiatives. The role is critical in driving HR functional excellence, process improvements and compliance.
Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts
Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations
Compile reports from personnel databases.
Lead compliance efforts nationwide
Assist with background checks and drug test adjudication
Provide guidance to operations staff on compliance procedures
Assist the Director, HR with leave management
Review and update HR information system records
Enforce company policies, rules and regulations
Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants
Previous experience in Human Resources
Experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
General knowledge of labor and employment laws
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills. Accuracy is essential
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee information and employee issues.
Outstanding interpersonal skills. Must display patience and helpfulness at all times.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
