Primary Responsibilities
Serve as a thought partner and deputy for the Chief Learning and Diversity Officer, supporting her work with the Global Inclusion Council.
Architect and deliver key Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging initiatives, interventions and solutions, as prioritized by the Council and senior leadership, through collaboration with BRG leadership and Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging leads across the organization.
Assess the cultural health and social climate of Kraft Heinz; develop and propose ongoing solutions that promote awareness of key issues and facilitate a culture of belonging.
Harness the “Power of We” to ensure that all BRGs and DI&B leads across the organization stay connected, sharing knowledge and practices in pursuit of Kraft Heinz’ diversity, inclusion and belonging priorities, initiatives and commitments.
Coach, direct and connect the Kraft Heinz BRG leaders and members, ensuring group initiatives align with our organization’s purpose, vision, and values.
Create and maintain global playbooks for D&I events/programs.
Work with global communications and communications teams across the zones to ensure consistent and strategic internal and external communication about the work being done across the organization, gains made, challenges identified, and accurately reporting and tracking metrics to all necessary parties.
Work with our Leadership and Culture team to identify and drive diversity related training and learning needs.
Drive an aligned agenda to deliver measurable progress regarding KHC commitments. Partner with our analytics team to ensure that we have access to the correct data and reporting to provide agreed upon levels of transparency.
Continuously articulate the connection between business success and diversity – and propel KHC’s ambition to be a continuous reflection of the communities it serves.
Monitor / keep current on relevant practices beyond the Kraft Heinz ecosystem - including, but not limited to, KHC corporate partners, suppliers, and vendors – as well as competitors. Ensure we are aware of industry leading practices and challenge us to set a new standard where needed.
This is a highly strategic role, interfacing with senior leaders in making data driven decisions to deliver the work of the Kraft Heinz Global Inclusion Council, chaired by the CEO, which is focused on creating strategic accountability for results, providing governance and oversight on diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives, and bringing about real organizational change, as we focus on our diversity and inclusion priorities, assess the effectiveness of these initiatives – and take steps to introduce change when it’s needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of professional experience. Experience in Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging preferred. Experience in PR/Communications and Data Analysis a plus
Desire to develop deep knowledge of the KHC business and culture, and to continue to stay abreast of best practices regarding Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Solid interpersonal, consultative, negotiation and relationship building skills
Demonstrated ability to tell a story through data and communicate effectively with senior leadership and other key stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to influence others, in some cases without authority
Demonstrated ability to self-direct, be proactive, and prioritize a constantly evolving workload
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
