Job Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to Human Resource.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Data entry (time keeping)
Work closely with Human Resource in the recruiting process, call applicants, set up interviews, check applicants on Indeed daily.
Skills:
- Proficiency in excel
- Strong customer support skills to assist clients effectively
- Familiarity with phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office
- Basic clerical skills including filing, organizing, and record keeping
- Accurate data entry skills to maintain records efficiently
