The Manager of Commercial Marketing Operations – Small Store will lead cross-functional teams, including, customer, field sales, channel, RGM, Supply Chain/Packaging, Media, and CCNA Franchised to strategically develop and deliver CCBF Commercial Marketing Plans.

Key Accountabilities:
Lead CCBF Commercial Marketing Strategy for Small Store and Convenience Channels
Support Small Store Customer Teams to develop and influence Commercial priorities to deliver the business plan and drive execution with the Field Sales Team
Develop Marketing plans based in consumer, shopper and category insights that breakthrough clutter to influence purchase intent at point-of-sale
Create unique consumer programs and experiences to support Small Store customers and assigned assets that bring to life the brand attributes supporting the Coca-Cola Beverages Business plan
Work with cross-functional partners to align Marketing plans with CCBF priorities and brand strategies while delivering against the CCBF business plan
Manage all aspects of the Marketing plan development process from initial concepts through field execution and post analysis
Insure plans are financially sound and business additive
Measure and evaluate plan impact and effective and use results to drive future program development (Post analysis recap at the completion of projects, including aligned metrics such as business impact (vol, rev, GP, OI), media impact (reach, frequency, impressions)
Steward approvals for all collateral materials (CCBF, brand, legal, partners)
Manage external partners (agencies, suppliers, vendors, assets)
Accountable for on-time and on budget delivery of plans, including execution guidelines (PicOS), display elements etc.

Qualifications:
BS/BA required; MS/MA/MBA degree preferred
5 -10 years of Marketing, Trade Marketing and/or Sales experience, preferably in the consumer goods/beverages industry
