Las Vegas Flag & Sign is a full-service signage specialist. We provide visual communications for local businesses, construction companies, home builders, commercial properties, HOA’s & multi-residential properties. Our team has over 30 years of local experience, and have branded and created signage for some of the largest and well known properties in Southern Nevada. We have extensive knowledge of city and county ordinances and utilization of optimum construction techniques and materials. Our in-house team of designers and seasoned staff have decades of experience working with property managers and marketing departments. Whether it’s a logo on a gate; directories, cut letters on a wall, slabs, tiles of granite, or any other type of community identity or support branding we will provide you with outstanding results.
Candidate to answer phones and assist with all internal and external sales and vendor processes, as well as day-to-day operations.
We are looking for a business-minded individual that understands the importance of quality, consistent customer service. Have a great attitude, good presence and energy, integrity and strong work ethic. Able to multi-task with good follow through. Assist customers and sales with placing orders, answer questions about products, and transfer incoming calls to the appropriate department or employee.
Duties will include the following but not limited to:
- Answer main phone lines – answer phones after the second ring
- Immediate return of missed calls
- Customer interface
- Typing proposals
- Produce simple art on template based graphic software
- Place orders via online, by email or phone/fax for multiple products
- Create & update reports
- Processing flag and sign orders
- Sending out flag reminders
- Processing credit card orders
- Filing
- Assist departments
- Sending out vendor bid request
- Assist with permits and engineering
- Shipping
- Basic billing
- Order Supplies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
