Description:

Run all day to day aspects of the dining room, including seating residents, managing wait staff, and facilitating in other areas of the kitchen as needed, in a team effort with other supervisors.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train a team of wait staff with a hands on training approach
  • Seat all residents each nights, making sure that all resident concerns are addressed
  • Ensure all opening and closing kitchen sidework is completed correctly

Requirements:

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, problem solve, basic food knowledge a plus
  • professional and neat clean appearance
  • Must be able to understand and speak English
