Within the Product Management department, this position assesses the performance of and shapes the structure and direction of existing product lines and develops or assists in developing and executing strategic product plans for key initiatives such as the introduction of new products, product line extensions, or product enhancements. This position will assist the team in achieving specific goals for each product, including evaluating product performance, and identifying innovations to address customer needs and improve product performance in the market. Responsible for managing payment products and solutions. Analyzes technical, operational, market, regulatory, and competitive factors. Collaborates with other departments and organizations to execute market strategies.
Responsible for producing digital payment products and solutions that enable transactions to be routed. Analyzes technical, operational, market, regulatory, and competitive factors. Collaborates with other departments and organizations to execute market strategies.
Analyzes competitive market strategies through the analysis of product, market, and competitive trends.
Synthesizes business intelligence and solves for product challenges to support recommendations for action.
Communicates with customers, competitors, suppliers, professional organizations, and others to stay abreast of industry developments. Identifies opportunities to partner on new product initiatives.
Manages the flow of business intelligence information impacting existing products and emerging product plans.
Champions new products and initiatives within the company.
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, or related field
2+ years of experience in electronic payments, or related field
2+ years of experience in people management, or related field
In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in electronic payments, or related field
