What you’ll do:
The Human Resource Coordinator (HRC) aids with and facilitates the human resource projects and processes of Educational Services, Inc. (ESI) under the direction of the Human Resource Officer (HRO). The HRC supports the HRO and coordinates internal and external HR tasks as assigned. The HRC will work in the areas of hiring and managing required trainings for leased employees. The HRC ensures timely filing of worker’s compensation claims with confidentiality and supports the HR services of ESI.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assists as needed in the full hiring process of employees, including recruitment, interviews, verifying work-history and references, and tracking of new possible candidates
Manages required trainings for leased employees through online platform
Handles worker’s compensation claims through documentation and investigation; files claim with appropriate insurance carrier; handles communications as needed
Prepares correspondence as requested
Provides general support for HRO
Other projects and tasks as assigned
What you’ll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience
At least three years related experienced required
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
May occasionally be required to work outside of normal working hours
Effective oral and written communication skills
Visual acuity is required for preparing and analyzing written or computer data, operation of technology, and determining the accuracy and thoroughness of work
Properly maintain workload and meet required deadlines

Most work is in our headquarters in Kierland (Scottsdale, AZ)
Our dress code is casual
Ability to pass background check
