Responsibilities:
Overseeing aspects of pre-list properties
Managing marketing schedule
Office admin tasks
Collecting rents
Meeting inspectors/appraisers onsite
Working with our preferred vendors
Assisting team with current escrows
Other tasks will be assigned as they arise

Qualifications:
High School or GED and related training and experience of 2+ years of experience or equivalent.
Microsoft Office, phone etiquette, organized, works independently, professional, friendly and proactive, good communication, problem-solver, detailed.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Must possess a thorough understanding of the confidentiality associated with the position
Acute attention to detail; creative
Strong ability to deal with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
