The Opportunity
- Are you a creative and dynamic team player with an outgoing personality? We're looking for someone just like you to join our fast-growing company and help us elevate our content. We are in search of a talented and experienced Content Creator to lead our content initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing content across various digital channels, enhancing brand awareness, driving traffic to our online platforms, and ultimately increasing sales and revenue. Additionally, your outgoing personality will be essential for conducting live sessions on various platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic creative with a passion for trends and implementing these trends in different ways. They must also have a proven track record of successful content creation. Duties and Responsibilities
- Absolute must-haves please do not apply without (STRONG CONTENT CREATION EXPERIENCE- including but not limited to graphics, memes, reels, stories, short form videos, long form videos, Gifs)
- Content Production: Develop and produce engaging content (captions, images, videos, reels, Gifs) tailored to each social media platform.
- Creativity and Innovation: Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the content for each platform, ensuring it stands out and captures audience interest.
- Brand Voice: Maintain and align content with the brand’s voice, style, and guidelines, customizing it for each platform.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Social Media Strategist and Coordinator to align content with the overall social media strategy and content calendar.
- Adaptation: Customize content to fit different formats and audiences on each social media platform.
- Trending Content: Create and curate content that capitalizes on current trends specific to each platform.
- Industry News: Stay on top of industry news and developments, incorporating relevant updates into your content strategy.
- Content Curation: Curate and share third-party content, including industry news, influencer insights, and other relevant information to keep our audience engaged.
- Content Management: Share and publish content across all social media platforms, ensuring the content calendar is up-to-date.
- Collaboration with Design: Work with designers to ensure visual elements complement the content.
- Innovation: Continuously bring new ideas and approaches to the content creation process.
- Live Sessions: Perform daily live sessions on multiple platforms including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok and Amazon
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Never-ending Creativity: Must be highly creative and innovative in content development.
- Platform Usage Experience: Proficiency in managing social media platforms and at least one content management system.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Research Skills: Ability to conduct research and stay informed about industry trends and audience interests.
- Outgoing / High Energy personality: Engage with our customers through content as well as live sessions and be able to get them excited about the product and benign part of the bask and lather community.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in content creation
- Fully on-site position. Remote work not available.
- Passionate and excited to be a part of the brand and the beauty space.
- Good communication, attention to detail, time management and strong organizational skills
- Able to make quick, effective decisions. Hands-on attitude and ambition.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong focus on Photoshop and InDesign (Illustrator and Premiere Pro skills are a plus), Canva
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
