Requirements:
- Valid MI CPL
- Enforce and comply with company policies, post orders and client instructions
- Provide visual deterrence by maintaining high visibility at all times
- Patrol parking lots to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of property.
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, presence of unauthorized person/s or unusual occurrences.
- Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized person/s.
- Circulate among visitors, patrons and employees to preserve order and protect property.
Requirements
- Valid MI CPL
- Clean state and national background check
- Must pass a drug test
- Ability to work well with large and diverse teams
- Ability to work under pressure and perform a regular patrol day. ie: Physically able to walk 1 mile and/or stand for 2 to 4 hours
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking skills
- Must be willing to provide outstanding customer service
- Days, afternoons, and weekends available.
