We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and driven Recruiter to join our team. The primary function of the Recruiter will focus on the recruitment of professional and technical positions throughout the United States.
Work closely with managers to identify their hiring needs on assigned requisitions, understand requirements of each role and how it fits into the organization.
Work with recruiting team to develop short and long term recruiting strategies, participate in established screening / hiring process and provide ongoing feedback to candidates and internal team throughout the process.
Identify, attract and engage passive candidates through the use of LinkedIn, Indeed, Engage Talent, job/college fairs and alternative search techniques.
Review resumes and interview candidates to determine technical and company/customer fit.
Identify techniques to build solid talent pipelines and referral generations.
Keep on top of the latest developments and trends in the electronic security industry

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
1-2 years sourcing experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team
BA or BS degree in Human Resources related area or an acceptable and equivalent combination of education and experience.
Technology and Security recruiting experience is preferred.
Communicates effectively in both oral and written English technical language, both in interpreting requirements and providing reports. Should possess good customer service abilities along with refined grammar skills. The position may require a lot of interaction with other departments and field employees and outside calls are frequently fielded and must be handled in a professional manner.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. On occasion the ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
While performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is regularly required to sit; use hand and fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The incumbent is occasionally required to stand for long periods of time. The incumbent may be required to lift and/or move up to 10 lbs. And occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
