Your job
Be an expert on X-ray microscopy products, especially the ZEISS Xradia Versa systems, and 3D visualization software products.
Perform product demonstrations of X-ray microscopy related products both with and without customers present.
Collect information from the sales group and the customer about what results for each sample are required to win the business.
Create detailed reports on the results that showcase product differentiation.
Be able to professionally deliver technical presentations both internally and externally, in person and through web meetings.
Train customer users regarding how to operate CZ XRM products. Training sessions may be held either at the ZEISS facility or at the customer’s location.
Gather customer inputs to product requirements by application and feed into the sector marketing
Contribute to the development of marketing material
Our requirements
B.S. in physical sciences or engineering. MS or PhD preferred.
Experience with X-ray Computed Tomography systems required – ZEISS Xradia Versa systems preferred.
Other 3D microscopy experience (FIB-SEM, TEM, Confocal, etc.) preferred.
Experience with 3D image analysis software (Dragonfly, Arivis, ImageJ, Avizo, etc.) including machine learning based segmentation and python scripting.
Technical documentation authoring and editing skills.
Self-starter with demonstrated ability to independently carry out and complete projects.
Analytical thinking, aptitude and creativity to work on unfamiliar problems.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team and independently. Multilingual a plus.
Ability to travel up to 50%.
