INGLOT USA is looking for a Sales & Education Coordinator for the United States!

INGLOT Cosmetics is an international beauty brand known for highly pigmented products, a customizable palette process known as the Freedom System, and a wide range of colour selection. INGLOT was founded over 30 years ago in Poland where the brand’s headquarters still reside. There are over 700 locations worldwide with no plans of slowing down.
The position will be based out of one of our INGLOT locations in New York, Las Vegas, or Miami.
The candidate must be able to work from one of those locations and travel to and from the other INGLOT USA locations.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
The Sales & Education Coordinator is primarily responsible for implementing training & education programs and events for INGLOT USA locations. This also includes implementing and overseeing the achievement of sales objectives pertaining to their objectives for INGLOT USA.
The execution of such objectives must be coordinated to maximize the productivity of our artists and teams at INGLOT USA locations.
The SEC must maintain awareness of market trends, researching and understanding customer preferences and needs while also monitoring what local competitors are doing and measuring their success. The SEC must be able to effectively apply this research to the market and specific audience of INGLOT USA in coordination with the company’s standards and guidelines.
INGLOT USA is looking for a positive, proactive professional to motivate stores and their teams by implementing, overseeing and actively tracking marketing initiatives, training, and education.
