The mission of the L&D team is to continually provide CohnReznick people with he best learning opportunities and tools.
We are currently seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator. The Coordinator assists with the planning and implementation of learning and development programs, including program scheduling, program administration, CPE compliance and budgeting/finance.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Creating courses and course activities in the firm’s learning management system
Scheduling internal and external instructors to deliver programs; scheduling the use of internal or external meeting space, including participant seating arrangements, audio/visual equipment, online meeting tools, and meal arrangements
Coordinating participant registration in the firm’s learning management system
Issuing program-related communications
Responding to employee inquiries on program scheduling, registration, and the use of the learning management system
Obtaining, reproducing, and distributing program materials electronically and/or in hard copy
Completing meeting room set up for programs, including materials, A/V and online tools
Performing program close out, including inputting attendance data, participant online evaluation, instructor communications, and weekly monitoring of CPE data
Inputting records from employee attendance in external programs
Extracting data from the learning management system and produce registration and attendance reports
Maintaining L&D program archives in both electronic and hard-copy formats
Maintaining L&D intranet site, including posting of documents and coordination with firm IT Department on site maintenance
Support online learning
CPE (Continuing Professional Education) compliance
Entering CPE credit information in the learning management system
Maintaining employee CPE records, and compiling and producing CPE compliance reports
Prior experience coordinating learning & development programs, or similar professional seminars/events
Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
Strong organizational skills, as well as a basic level of project coordination/management experience
Strong technology skills, including Microsoft Office (required), learning management systems, database software, audio visual and online meeting tools (e.g. WebEx)
Excellent analytical, written, interpersonal and presentation skills
