Gibson Arnold & Associates is searching for a Candidate Services Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have two years of experience in customer service and be comfortable on the phone. As a Candidate Services Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with Gibson Arnold’s candidates through periodic check-ins, completing accurate data-entry in our client management software, collecting resumes, and assisting with the clean-up of our database. This position will also act as back-up to the Administrative Assistant and will consist of clerical duties when assigned.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
Frequent phone interaction with candidates (including introductory screenings and follow ups)
Database data entry to reflect conversation notes, resume updates, etc.
Use of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
Manage job postings through company website and outside sources
Update social media platforms
Assist with event planning
Provide administrative support to CEO, General Counsel, and Directors of Talent Acquisition (answer phones, schedule appointments, complete reports, draft/proofread documents, etc.)
Candidates must possess the ability to multi-task, have attention to details, prioritize work assignments, be self-driven, and have strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
