The Manager, Finance – Field/DDT provides an outstanding opportunity to gain broad experience in the Finance Business Unit. This position will contribute analytics and provide input on key strategies and plans across the Distributor Development sub-channel (within Field/DDT/Non-Commercial team). You will be responsible for drawing conclusions from the analytics and reports provided by the budget planning team and working cross-functionally (sales, marketing, operations, etc.) to drive change. There will be significant interaction with the Senior Leadership team and category experts.
Key Components of the role
Own P&L ($1.4B net sales) including but not limited to performance and overall channel strategy.
Support BU planning and forecasting processes including monthly Kraft Heinz Business Management cycle (monthly performance review, gap closing, etc.), forecasts, Strategic Plan, and Annual Operating Plan
Analytical support on Field/Distributor strategic initiatives
Cross-category analytics on pricing actions/sensitivities
Provide linkage to enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives and leverage best practices to improve, streamline and harmonize internal practices
Significant ad hoc opportunities for leadership and analytics
BS in Finance/Accounting or Business Administration required, or any other highly quantitative course
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Finance/Accounting. Previous experience in Channel-based commercial structure strongly preferred.
Prior Category, Corporate FP&A and/or BU experience preferred
Must have strong communication skills and ability to negotiate with and influence key stakeholders, especially commercial (sales/marketing) teams
Demonstrates the ability to think outside of the box
Ability to work with multiple cross-functional partners
Capable of juggling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
Self-motivated problem solving attitude
Strong analytical and math/accounting skills required
