Individual plans, programs, and designs construction of building projects for clients according to their desires, needs, and financial resources.

Candidate will be Revit/Sketchup expert architectural modelers. They must understand how to put a building together, how to develop building concepts and deliver an overall building design, how to coordinate with other disciplines, and work collaboratively.

Qualifications


Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture

5+ years of experience

Strong CAM/BIM/other design software background

United States Citizen

Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Guiding Principles Compliance Professional, LEED AP, or similar credential preferred.
