We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Vice President Digital Marketing position based at our corporate office in Altamonte Springs, Florida. Reporting to SVP Marketing and Innovation, this role is a key team member of the AHS Strategy office.

The Vice President of Digital Marketing is responsible for leading the organization as an innovator in the rapidly evolving digital healthcare landscape. This includes leading results oriented teams that are experts in digital strategy, digital campaigns, social media strategy and campaigns, CRM and digital analytics, marketing contact center, website strategy, digital content strategy and development and digital brand strategy. This Vice President will define the strategic framework and actionable road map for Adventist Health System’s digital transformation, which has a primary goal of applying digital solutions to accelerate the achievement of Adventist Health System strategic imperatives.

Job Duties:
Lead digital marketing operations supporting the strategic vision and business goals of Adventist Health System
Serve the regional leaders in the marketplace for the strategic planning, implementation, analysis, and optimization of efforts in all aspects digital marketing
Provide strategic direction to innovate and deliver ideas and solutions based on market research, focus groups, surveys, and user experience studies
Translate business goals into a well-defined CRM strategy with demand and lead generation programs encompassing campaign management and call center functions
Develop overarching and campaign/initiative-specific digital marketing plans that include lead and pipeline goals, target markets and audiences, digital assets (creative, content, etc.), performance evaluation, and optimization
Display extensive knowledge on integrating digital and traditional channels effectively
Lead, manage, and elevate the [digital marketing team], cross-functional teams and partner/vendor relationships, including recruiting, training, mentoring, and supervision efforts
Give significant attention and care to relationships and strategic alignment at regional locations
Successfully complete the discovery, implementation, management, and integration of technology platforms, including a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, to offer advanced and personalized digital patient experiences, manage multi-touch marketing efforts, and demonstrate clear ROI for B2C efforts and B2B efforts
Collaborate across a highly matrixed organization to understand business, patient care, and marketing challenges and offer digital and technology solutions
Evaluate and demonstrate the business impact of digital programs through reports and dashboards including demand, qualified leads, conversions, and other relevant KPIs
Lead the creation and communication of value stories and business impact reports for digital marketing efforts, educating and translating as needed to ensure leadership has the best data for decision-making
Lead marketing contact center strategy supporting the strategic vision and business goals of Adventist Health System
Establish, monitor and report on marketing contact center Key Performance Indicators
Extensively evaluate customer service operations and benchmark against best-in-class service experiences
Conduct patient journey mapping and document patient paths to service/purchase
Create a culture of service excellence through socialization of patient experience values and initiatives across the organization
Optimize digital and contact center touch points across systems and the organization to support smooth patient journeys
Develop and document the ideal future state for patient experience, including opportunities for cross-selling and increased loyalty
Lead the alignment of all digital marketing with the AHS brand standards, advising and refining as appropriate.

Knowledge and Skills Required:
Meets AHS mission-related qualifications for senior executive leadership, second-tier, as specified in Corporate Executive policy (CEX114 as approved).
Exemplify a Christian lifestyle and lead in living out the SHARE principles
Strong commitment to AHS mission and ethics
Knowledge of clinical practices and processes, legal and regulatory requirements and mandates, and the ability to gather and evaluate data and outcome results to use in planning hospital operations, budgets, and process improvement
Exceptional people management, leadership skills including decision-making, team-building, and organizing; capacity to relate to people in a manner that wins confidence and establishes support
Financial skills including budgeting, analyzing, and planning
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Able to effectively express ideas and views through public speaking, presentations, reports and professional correspondence
Strategic vision and thinking. Ability to position the organization for the future, looking beyond the present situation to conceptualize key trends and identify changing market demands.
Strong business acumen, intelligence, and capacity; able to think strategically and implement tactically.
Approaches work as an interconnected system. Ability to understand major objectives and break them down into meaningful action steps.
Strong organizational abilities and the flexibility to adjust to changing conditions and the various details of the position.
Proficient computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office suite.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, healthcare administration, business administration, information technology, or related field
Minimum five (5) years in a senior management position, including oversight of marketing strategy and/or team(s) in related fields

Master’s degree in marketing, communications, healthcare administration, business administration, information technology, or related field
10 years in a senior management position
