We are seeking a Construction Sales Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- At least 2 years of residential construction industry sales experience
- Manage a sales territory and identify new opportunities to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
- Utilize cold calling techniques to initiate conversations with potential clients and generate leads.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development plan to drive growth in the territory.
- Provide technical sales support to potential clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through account management and direct sales efforts.
- Generate leads and manage lead generation campaigns to drive conversions.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in territory sales and account management.
- Strong background in direct sales and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage a sales territory and drive revenue growth.
- Proficiency in cold calling and business development strategies.
- Experience in technology sales, with a deep understanding of the products and services offered.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
The Compensation
- Base Salary plus uncapped commission and bonuses
- Average earning potential: $65,000 - $95,000
