Title Cleveland, OH - Account Manager
Taylor-Strategy Partners, a Syneos Health company, is engaged in a direct hire search for Bridgebio.
The Bridgebio company mission is to find, develop and deliver breakthrough medicines for genetic diseases to patients as quickly and safely as possible. Bridgebio is building an inaugural sales team in the rare disease, pediatric neurology space.
Identify, develop and execute a strategic territory business plan, which focuses on appropriate utilization of the product, that is tailored to the unique needs of each customer.
Maintain an open dialogue with key opinion leaders and communicate field issues, customer insights, changing practice patterns and/or personnel to leadership.
Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff and administrators to accurately understand the clinical, organizational, financial challenges and opportunities within target accounts.
Work cross functionally to identify customer needs.
Deliver disease state and approved product presentations to HCP’s, nurses, pharmacists, physicians, and other health care stakeholders, ensuring information is used in an appropriate and compliant manner.
Develop and maintain strong and long-term relationships with key accounts.
Identify and assist in development of potential speakers.
Develop and execute geographical-based strategic and tactical plans that meets both HCP needs and company expectations, focused on approved product and disease state education.
Perform all administrative functions of the position in a timely and efficient manner and in accordance with all corporate policies and procedures.
Other Duties as assigned
BA/BS degree required
5+ years’ experience in biotech/pharma sales calling on relevant specialists
Rare Disease experience required, Pediatrics or Neurology preferred
Demonstrated success across multiple drug launches in applicable specialty markets
Ability to travel within the US on a regular basis which may include overnight and weekend travel.
Flexibility and the ability to plan and nimbly adapt to changing market conditions
Motivated by patient focus, urgency and personal commitment to high performance, results and compliance
Possesses high integrity and exceptional work ethic
Valid Driver License
