Key skills:
· Proficiency in SAP CS, SD, MM, WM, FI & CO modules.
· Very good understanding/experience in SAP Customer Service Module in the areas of Equipment Master/Install Base, Field service Processing, Repairs and Returns processing, Preventive Maintenance, Warranty, Resource Related Billing, Service Contracts, Revenue Recognition.
· General knowledge of Software Quality Assurance (SQA) processes
· Strong Project/Program Management skills and cross-functional Leadership skills
Job Experience Requirements:
· Prior experience as project/program manager in a major software implementation with an understanding of the Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban) for project management would be a plus.
· Prior experience in medical device, life science or other highly regulated industry is preferred.

Pay: $87,459.15 - $167,146.59 per year
