Position Summary:
The Call Center Coordinator is an integral part of the Community of Hope’s health services team. The Call Center Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the activities of the call center for Community of Hope’s Conway Health & Resource Center’s Medical Department and providing administrative support to the health services team. This includes ensuring that patients receive exceptional service and follow-through when they contact the medical call center through facilitating communication with patients by answering phones, routing messages to appropriate staff for assistance, verifying insurances, and scheduling appointments. The Call Center Coordinator is also responsible for direct supervision of the Medical Call Center Receptionists and the overall work flow of the Call Center.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED;
Exceptional customer service skills;
Excellent in written and oral communication;
Excellent attention to detail
Experience as a Medical or Dental Receptionist.
Experience with employee supervision preferred
