Mattenga's TapRack Social Location:
* Must have minimum of 2 years pizzeria and or management experience.
We are looking for managers to provide both quality and cost leadership in the operations of a quick and easy restaurant.
The ideal candidate will be able to effectively lead and train employees, listen to employees' concerns and questions, monitor inventory and maintain deliveries. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing prices and product selection, implementing new ideas to improve efficiency, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
- Manage employees to ensure that they are performing their duties in a timely and efficient manner.
- Interact with employees and customers in a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic manner.
- Deal with difficult or angry customers.
- Direct the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Handle the restaurant's finances.
- Hire, train, discipline, and dismiss employees.
- Supervise the opening and closing of the restaurant.
Salary & benefits
- Salaries for Mattenga's Pizzeria Restaurant Managers will range between $15 and $17 per hour.

Working hours
- Your working hours are used to be on evening shift, weekdays.
