We are looking for an associate interested in working in a hybrid capacity with enough experience to work somewhat independently on management-side employment litigation and other cases with potential high exposure. Responsibilities:
- Preparation of motions and oppositions.
- Analysis of legal issues, exposures, and defenses.
- Prepare/Respond to written discovery.
- Assessment of damages claims.
- Work as part of a team with all levels of experience
- Provide leadership and direction with respect to less experienced attorneys
