Due to continued growth, LogMeIn (NASD: LOGM) is seeking a Sales Recruiter to join an already high-performing recruitment team. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Recruiting Manager, this role will give you broad exposure to all facets of our business. You areas of focus would be our growing Sales and Support organizations, and you’ll have an opportunity to minor in everything else. The ideal candidate will have budding expertise in a fast-paced, high energy recruitment or sales environment.
Manage and own full-cycle recruitment: scope, source and identify candidates, screen and shepherd interviews, make offers and conduct reference checks, continue to keep in touch with your “body of work” after they start to ensure engagement across the organization
Partner directly with business stakeholders (and candidates), navigating the full nuance of a search in a time sensitive manner
Use Linked In, and other tools, to proactively drive talent into the pipeline
Serve as an ambassador of the LogMeIn brand, locally and beyond, as part of a broader Talent Acquisition strategy
Focus on quality and quickness
Remain ahead of the curve, creatively delighting stakeholders and candidates in meaningful and unique ways
3-5+ years of corporate and/or staffing agency recruitment experience
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Sense of urgency and ability to work (thrive) in a fast paced environment
Proven ability to collaborate with team members to proactively drive process improvement
Experience working with an ATS, ours is iCIMS
Innate ability to "connect the dots" working as a true match-maker for LogMeIn
