Superiorland Financial Partners (Paul Hein, Certified Financial Planner) seeks a bright, highly-motivated, professional Office Administrator for this growing retail investment advisory service in downtown Marquette. Superiorland Financial Partners is the U.P.’s longest-time independent and dually credentialed (MBA – CFP) retail investment sole-practitioner boutique firm.
As Office Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for all external interactions and will be responsible for keeping the office running smoothly by answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, managing the filing system, and providing administrative support as needed. The successful candidate will be friendly and courteous, possess a high level of organization and accountability, and be passionate about continuous learning and working with both people and with numbers. Primary responsibilities for this position include:
Greet visitors and answer the phone as the front desk receptionist
Provide clerical and general office support
Manage and maintain schedules and databases
Coordinating data management, including filing, maintaining reports and records, document control, getting signatures and distributing copies
Assisting with word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations
Scanning, photocopying and mailing of documents and reports
Coordinating office cleaning or maintenance
Maintaining professional appearance of the office common area
QUALIFICATIONS & ATTITUDE:
Associates degree or higher in Business, Accounting or related background is preferred, but not required.
Experience working in investment management, financial planning, or banking industry is ideal.
Experience working in a professional office environment is strongly preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office
Experience with web-based software applications including customer relationship management systems, Redtail, etc.
Excellent communication skills both in person and over the phone

Select candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment assessment process, background check and drug testing.
SCHEDULE: This is a flexible 8 to 32-hour schedule with a 3 – 5 day work week. There is the potential for a full-time schedule.
COMPENSATION/BENEFITS: Competitive pay and benefits package customized to the employee’s needs. Starting hourly range is $18-$23/hour.
