Our east-side Cleveland Headquarter location is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and personal assistance to the Chief Executive Officer.
Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate individuals promptly and efficiently
Manage multiple calendars for a variety of internal and external meetings of varying complexity, coordinating with individuals, clients, or other stakeholders at all levels
Scheduling travel arrangements for all executives at the company
Planning and executing of corporate events
Help in the preparation of presentation materials, reports and documents
Interact with all levels of employees in a fast-paced environment
Manage and prepare expense reports and payment records
Facilitate expense approvals on behalf of the CEO
Perform personal and family related tasks for shareholders
Assist with additional projects, as needed
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent/related experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience providing support at the executive level
Self-starter who can work independently with a desire to go beyond traditional “administrative role” including being able to perform research, analyze and communicate findings
A high-level of professionalism and confidentiality
Expert level written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Sound judgment and decision-making abilities
Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities
Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Quickbooks knowledge a huge plus
