We are searching for a Marketing Leader to lead our fastest growing segment, QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). This revolutionary product was built to serve independent contractors who need an easy, low-cost, way to prepare their taxes. Our latest earnings report highlighted the outstanding growth in QBSE, which grew subscribers to roughly 490,000, up from 425,000 last quarter, and 180,000 one year ago. We are looking for a Marketing leader to join our passionate team and unleash the enormous potential of the product.
As a member of the QuickBooks Self-Employed leadership team, you will co-create a business strategy that accelerates growth of QuickBooks Self-Employed against the market opportunity; then develop a marketing strategy that delivers on the growth & retention of our customers.
You will excite internal and external partners about the potential surrounding the these offerings, and collaborate effectively to achieve common goals
You will build, manage and develop a motivated, high-performing team of 11 marketers and form tight, cross-functional partnerships across business, to drive excellent execution of the strategy
You will reliably deliver on or exceed annual customer growth goals
You will monitor business performance on a daily basis, identifying root causes for past performance, and additional levers for future performance
Identify & scale Marketing capabilities & technology to unleash growth & drive efficiencies
Track record for developing breakthrough strategies AND inspiring excellent execution through teams
Experience leveraging the products to drive marketing… well-versed in “growth hacking” practices
Background in mobile… a deep understanding of mobile behaviors, and how that translates to building delightful mobile products, and impactful mobile marketing
Data-driven… understands and has experience leveraging data to create delightful end-to-end marketing and product experiences
Experience launching or growing early stage offerings
Track record in driving rapid growth, and delivering on expected growth goals
Proven success in partnering, influencing, and collaborating internally and externally to establish shared passion and goals
