The Regional Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for the sales, marketing and customer service of insurance products, extended services contracts and equipment within an assigned territory. This is an inside sales position and will require working closely with Management to drives sales and supporting corporate goals & objectives. Primary products include: extended service contracts, physical damage insurance, dealer business insurance, rental damage waiver and Heavy Equipment through Maven Management.

  • Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to drive new business and increase sales
  • Establish strong collaboration with dealership network and strategic business partners
  • Provide ongoing feedback and recommend solutions to address heavy equipment and insurance sales, challenges and opportunities
  • Participate in sales campaigns, programs and initiatives to increase sales
  • Responsible for improving dealership relations
  • Initiate calling activities focused on driving sales and positive customer experience with (50) fifty calls per day.
  • Tracking and maintaining metrics and sales trends for effective territory management
  • Monitor and establish effective follow-up to secure sale
  • Serves as point person on renewal sales for OEM end of base SPP.
  • Complete signed Producer Agreements for new at a rate of (5) five new dealers per month.
  • Enter and document all sales contacts in the ASE CRM System.
  • Sale of (1) one Maven Management asset per month

Job Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of insurance products and services preferred
  • Experience with heavy equipment, and dealers, or similar captive dealer networks a plus
  • Goal-oriented, self-starter with ability to work in a team environment
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Competency with MS Office, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Flexibility in work schedule as deemed necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year
