Job Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Business Development Center (BDC) team. The BDC personnel will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship building.
Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
* Schedule appointments for prospective customers to visit our dealership.
* Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to nurture relationships and encourage sales.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information.
* Collaborate with sales team members to ensure seamless customer experiences and maximize sales opportunities.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
* Maintain and update all outsource marketing sites and social media accounts.
* Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support the overall functioning of the BDC.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
* Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
* Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
* Spanish speaking is a plus; additional education or training is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $5,500.00 - $8,000.00 per month
