Hey there! So here is the thing, my team at Mark Dietel Realty is in search of our next Transaction Coordinator.
This role is MUCH more interesting and fun than the average ‘Do the paperwork and make sure it's all compliant’ type position that you might think of when you hear ‘transaction coordinator’. Our TC's take ownership of each transaction like it's their own...because it really is. We fully embrace the team model where everyone has a specialized role and plays a part in the delivery of the absolute best experience for every single one of our clients. Responsibilities include managing multiple listings, coordinating inspections, photographers, and vendors, negotiating repair lists and appraisals, and keeping our clients in the loop throughout the entire process.

To be hired for this position you must have a current valid Indiana Real Estate License and be in good standing with Mibor and the Indiana Association of Realtors.
You must have previous transaction experience. You should be able to take a signed listing agreement or purchase agreement and run it through escrow start to finish without oversight. The team will always support you as you encounter challenges, but we are not micro-managers. Like the idea of running with a deal and creating a home run for clients? Good, because that’s how we operate, too!
Must be detail-oriented and able to follow SOP's and checklists. Get good at that and we’ll empower you to improve our processes and create new ones for our company. Needless to say, basic computer/technology literacy is a MUST.
