Sr. Marketing-Contracts Analyst – Advanced Surgery
Business Unit & Position Overview/Advanced Surgery

The US Advanced Surgery organization is a dynamic, fast-paced business unit where Baxter’s cultural levers of Courage, Collaboration, Speed and Simplicity are regularly employed.
The Sr. Analyst – HCP will be responsible for supporting the US Marketing team with all initiatives related to the management and on-boarding of Healthcare Professionals (HCPS).
Drafting, maintenance, and tracking of all HCP contracts
Tracking HCP utilization
Sending Services Rendered Letters (SRLs) and processing payments in a timely fashion
Maintaining Transfer of Value (ToV) documentation
Ownership and management of HCP Review & Approval process
Communicate with the field sales team regarding approved HCPs; highlight under-utilized HCPs
Development and implementation of HCP On-boarding process
Manage logistics related to HCP travel
Develop annual HCP Speaker Training program
Collaborate with colleagues in US Marketing, US Sales, Global Marketing, Sales Training, R&D, Market Access, Legal, and Regulatory
Ad hoc analysis for Marketing teams as required
Experience executing tasks on short notice
Prior knowledge of contracts within the medical device space
Experience working Healthcare Professionals
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in addition to interpersonal and presentation skills
Positive attitude and customer service-like skills
Effective in use of time and organizational resources
Accountable and self-aware
Education and/or Experience
Experience and proficiency with Excel and/or Tableau
3-5 years’ experience in Contracting, Marketing or Commercial team support in the medical device / healthcare industry
